We’re looking for a super-organised Account Manager who can roll up their sleeves and take on the challenges of our fast–growing digital agency, August.

At least two years’ experience in a similar account management role is mandatory. Quality experience in B2B sales roles may also contribute to your application. You may also be expected to provide support across a range of account management functions; from business development support to assisting our production team.

The job in 30 words or less …

  • Working alongside our Group Account Directors
  • Devising innovative digital strategies
  • Managing presentations and documentatios for clients
  • Forging strong client relationships

Because 30 words is rarely enough …

  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow the revenue from each account
  • Monitor account satisfaction and manage account relationship activities
  • Write proposals, RFT/RFP responses, contact reports and other documents to support Group Account Directors and Production team
  • Proactively communicate status of account with Group Account Directors

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the digital sector
  • Demonstrable understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Experience working with online campaign, digital, eCommerce and SEO services
  • Takes pride in supporting high–performance teams
  • Uber organised but flexible
  • Willingness to take on new tasks
  • Thrives when busy
  • Awesome MS Office skills
  • Experience with online Project Management applications such as ActivCollab and BaseCamp also favourable
  • Professional and polished phone skills and verbal communication
