I will educate them with useful information they can start putting into practice as soon as they get back to their computers. They will leave inspired and informed on how to take their website out of the Expense column and put it into the Asset column.

It's my belief that websites should pay the bills or they should be fired. If a real estate website is not doing its job of bringing in a steady stream of leads, listings, and sales, it doesn't have a right to exists. Period.
