Senior Producer

at Inspire Foundation in Sydney

Inspire Digital is looking to hire a Creative Senior Producer. This role sits at the core of all digital projects and is instrumental in developing a project from conception to execution. The Senior Producer works collaboratively with a small team on user experience strategy, rethinking and responding to client briefs. Integral responsibilities include but are not limited to; the creative direction of graphic design across websites, and general client, vendor and project management.

Inspire Digital is the consulting arm of a charitable organisation, Inspire Foundation. (www.inspire.org.au) We focus on evidence-based design for both the Inspire Foundation and other non-profit organizations.

Selection Criteria

Essential

• Show initiative, self motivated and task orientated

• A creative thinker

• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

• Experience managing design and development teams

• Proven ability to deliver digital projects on time and to budget

• Experience designing graphic user interfaces and information architecture

• Thorough understanding of functional and technical specifications

• Understanding of agile development methods

• Ideally 2+ years experience in similar role

• Passionate and committed to using your skills to enhance social outcomes

Desirable

• Has a background/degree in design or related creative field

• Previous experience working closely with or for a non-profit
