Job Description:

This job is responsible for the maintaining our outsourced Data Centers. Those responsibilities include all hardware/cabling/electrical and all other equipment which are contained in each of our locations.

This all includes all support and maintenance of equipment, to include working with third parties and managing the procurement of that equipment.

Responsibilities:

' Plan, develop and implement strategy for computing and infrastructure to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.

' Monitor, measure, and report on computing and infrastructure issues, opportunities and development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

' Manage and develop third-party service agreements.

' Manage and develop direct reporting staff.

' Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

' Manage computing and infrastructure technical support.

' Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary information technology

' Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

Experience

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

' Strong balance of operational, business, and technical aptitude and comprehension.

' A willingness to be hands-on.

' Highly developed communication skills.

' Highly organized and productive, requiring little supervision.

' Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers.

' Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of internal and external customers.

' Experience in working in an enterprise data center environment.

' Ability to contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork through collaborative behavior and open communications.

' Experience of interfacing at all levels from senior management to junior staff.

' Experience of working with customers and executives at a senior level.

' Excellent analytical, communication (Verbal and writing) skills; process-oriented.
