Gruden is looking for a talented and dynamic Project Manager / Producer to join our continually growing team.

As a skilled communicator and negotiator you will be highly experienced in managing major international/national clients and brands. You will have forged strategic internal and external partnerships and worked closely with your clients to develop innovative, creative and rich interactive web solutions to meet their commercial objectives.

You will be an effective and motivating project leader directing the conception, development and implementation of high quality web solutions using the latest technologies in a team environment.

You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to respond quickly to daily changing business needs and timelines with good humour and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Control and ensure that the work delivered is on time and of a high quality

• Manage and liaise with internal production team for project delivery

• Maximise return and satisfaction for the client

• Maintain and enhance profitability for each project and client

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment

• Manage and contribute to the preparation of project scope requirements documents and business requirement specifications

• Tracking and reporting on website visitation and behaviour and making recommendations

• Provide weekly updates to the Group Operations Manager on projects and ensure that timely and accurate information is provided

• Manage and contribute to new business proposals

Essential skills

• Self-confident, energetic and enthusiastic

• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Exceptional interpersonal & presentation skills with strong client facing experience

• At least 3 years experience as a digital project manager/producer with a strong portfolio

• Proven project management skills in planning, budgeting, change requests, scheduling and documentation

• Excellent understanding of web-based technologies & tools and their commercial application

• Knowledge of enterprise CMS systems & Flash/Flex implementations

• Experience in the preparation of wireframes, IA and other relevant scoping documentation

Desirable skills

• Previous agency experience

• Relevant qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, .NET, ColdFusion & how systems integrate

• Experience in running and contributing to workshops/focus groups etc

• Understanding of web standards

• Experience with SEO/SEM
