Eclipse provides creative and UX design, online consulting, development and integrated marketing services for many of Australia’s most successful organisations. We continue to grow and win awards (recent recognition of work in the 13th Annual Webby Awards) and we’re looking for a strong Creative Director to join us!

You will be a key individual in the creative leadership team with responsibilities across creative and design development, pitching and winning new work, developing strong client relationships and team management.

This opportunity will see you:

• Lead a team of talented designers to produce cutting edge creative concepts and solutions

• Deliver online solutions, visual and functional designs and concept development

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients; building and managing relationships

• Work with a national creative director and a supportive and experienced local business

• Support business development activities including relationship selling and proposal development with proactive concepts

• Accountable for the development and fulfilment of engagements to time and budget

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for creative professionals who are passionate about all facets of the web and design. The successful candidate will also be commercially minded, an inspirational leader and a great communicator.

You will have established a foundation of professional experience and skills in the following areas:

• The ability to lead a creative team and channel their energy to develop proactive concepts for clients

• Strong user centric design ability

• Client management and development including relationship management, new business opportunities, and understanding client challenges

• Senior level online design experience spanning customer facing websites, intranets and other online solutions

• Project Management capability

• Understanding of the limitations and capabilities of the web today
