Who are we looking for?

  • Experience leading software projects and providing estimates
  • Excellent software design, and object oriented design skills
  • Strong hands-on Java software development skills
  • Strong technical skills in current J2EE, open source, and related technologies
  • Experience practicing agile and fast-paced software development methodologies
  • like XP or Scrum
  • Experience in providing technical leadership to small development teams
  • Never happy with the status-quo and be an advocate for your team
