Who are we looking for?
- Experience leading software projects and providing estimates
- Excellent software design, and object oriented design skills
- Strong hands-on Java software development skills
- Strong technical skills in current J2EE, open source, and related technologies
- Experience practicing agile and fast-paced software development methodologies like XP or Scrum
- Experience in providing technical leadership to small development teams
- Never happy with the status-quo and be an advocate for your team
