You don’t want to stop coding. At the same time, you have already shown that you

are great mentor to teammates. Also, you’re great at managing releases and

co-operate and collaborate with other teams. Solving technical challenges is

your first love, but you are also keen to understand wider business requirements

and the product domain.

productivity within your team. You will ensure the technical health of the

product and the underlying architecture. You own the technical aspects of your

deliverables and know exactly what’s going on. You keep a close eye on

estimates, status, productivity and quality, team happiness, and come up with

solutions if issues arise.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience leading software projects and providing estimates
• Excellent software design, and object oriented design skills
• Strong hands-on Java software development skills
• Strong technical skills in current J2EE, open source, and related technologies

• Experience practicing agile and fast-paced software development methodologies
like XP or Scrum
• Experience in providing technical leadership to small development teams

• Never happy with the status-quo and be an advocate for your team
