We are looking for:

• 5 years plus experience
• high level of initiative and enthusiasm

• commitment to high quality outcomes.

The right person will have:

• experience designing and building complex web applications
• exceptional understanding of XHTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
• working knowledge of unobtrusive JavaScript

• A passion for accessible and usable design

Additional desirable skills:

• JSP and Java

• Experience building sites to AA compliance

Communication skills are paramount as the right person, in collaboration with the User Experience Designer, will be mentoring web standards, and accessible design throughout the team.
