for Care Inc. a geriatric care management company, in business for the

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on both understanding and motivating my efforts to reach out to new referral sources in novel and innovative ways for small care management companies. As a result of your webinars I developed the courage to try a helper. A long time older client who lost her husband last year accompanied me to visit her physician and others in his office as a "cold call". The staff made a big fuss over her and she introduced my services to several staff that were not familiar with care management services in such a way that I accompanied her. I only answered questions when spoken to. She is all set to "go on the road again" as she puts it and next time wants to go more than one place and start earlier. Of course it didnt hurt that she was an old vaudeville star and we had a delightful lunch together.
