The Healthy Kids website project management team is looking for an experienced website project manager to oversee a review and re-design of the Healthy Kids website - www.healthykids.nsw.gov.au
Launched in April 2006, the Healthy Kids website is a joint initiative of NSW Health, NSW Sport and Recreation, NSW Department of Education and Training and the Heart Foundation (NSW Division).
It continues to be promoted as a 'one stop shop' of information for parents, teachers, health professionals, early childhood teachers and sports coaches seeking information on healthy eating and physical activity for children and young people.
Key requirements of the project manager are to:
• Review and update website structure/content
• Develop recommendations for the ongoing management and maintenance of the Healthy Kids website
The ideal candidate will have experience, knowledge and an understanding of current practices, technology and trends in relation to web development. In addition, the candidate will have knowledge of web industry networks and contacts relevant to the review and re-design of the Healthy Kids website.
The Project Manager will be engaged in a part-time capacity for a minimum of five months from April 2009 – August 2009. The successful applicant will be required to work at the office of NSW Sport and Recreation located at Sydney Olympic Park and will have access to an appropriate workspace and equipment.
