at Fearless Media in Melbourne

We're currently seeking trainers to join our team of casual (and some permanent) trainers. AutoCAD skills in Melbourne in particular are being sought right now.

You need not have taught before to apply but you will need solid experience in your area. Our customers expect a high level of expertise so you should have been working in your field for 5 to 10 years and preferably hold tertiary qualifications.

Above all else, you'll need outstanding communications skills and abundant patience. You'll need to demonstrate an ability to explain complex topics with ease to people who may have little or no background in the topic at hand. English must be your first language and your accent must be clear and easy to understand.

You'll need confidence and, ideally, an outgoing, friendly nature that people warm to and can trust. Likewise we'll need to trust you to our customers who have chosen us as their preferred supplier of knowledge so it's a big responsibility....
