I took this photo late last year. I canโ€™t recall exactly which CD it was, or whether it was software or music. I have a feeling it might have been a game for the Wii?

You can tell pretty clearly that the design doesnโ€™t work. So, how do they respond? By blaming the user for poor design, and then threatening punishment (Iโ€™d suggest against the trade practices act) of the user when the design fails.

The funny thing is, you see this kind of thing all the time.
