The following chart shows activity comparisons of number of homes sold in any given month from 2004 through October of "07. In 2005 we experienced more Californians moving to the valley than ever before! 12,000 for a nice round number! Not only were people buying their primary residence, but many were buying up properties for investment purposes. Many bought at a great time and a few bought at the peak of the price increases.
