Surrounded on three sides by water, and with the dramatic Coast Mountain Range as a backdrop, Vancouver is consistently considered one of the most beautiful, livable cities in the world. In fact, the esteemed Economist Magazine recently recently named Vancouver along with Melbourne, Australia as the world’s most livable city.

Hosts of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, Vancouver is home to a diversity of communities, a true Pacific Rim city, featuring fantastic affordable cuisine, breathtaking scenery, vibrant streetscapes, fascinating sight-seeing, and of course world class snow sports on its doorstep. And if you are from the U.S., the Canadian dollar makes a trip to Vancouver very affordable.

So Web Directions doesn’t just give you the chance to see the best speakers in the world in your industry, and the chance to meet and get to know others in the industry better, we give you the chance to spend a couple of days in this beautiful city, and even a trip to the future Olympic slopes of Blackcomb/Whistler.
