Content Management

Written by Kevin Harper Β Β  Tuesday, 07 November 2006

Content Management Systems (CMS) are a means to separate the look and feel of a site from its content. The advantage is that you don’t have to hire me to make every website update and post fresh content on a daily basis. With a CMS, I do the design work once, and you don’t need to know advanced HTML, CSS, or PHP scripting techniques in order to add content.

The CMS we use here at TSS (called Joomla) is widely used for community and e-commerce sites all over the world, and allows amazing flexibility to design great looking, highly unique sites. You will have an incredibly wide array of tools to change content, add articles, and even modify layout instantly from your control panel. It is search engine friendly (very important, because not all of them are) and there are numerous third party plug-ins available to extend its capabilities in the future.

If you're tired of paying through the nose for someone else to make updates to your website for you, look no further than Top Seller Sites for your real estate, professional, e-commerce, or portal website solution.
