Accessibility in the design process with Joe Clark

My apologies for not having more detailed notes of this gripping keynote from Joe Clark and clearly not doing this presentation justice (I’m going to chalk it up to being entranced). He will be posting notes to joeclark.org/nord.

The rest of the presentation went into an analysis of the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) web site and how they could approach the various levels of accessibility and the testing involved in such.
