Travel Update

We’ve become aware of recent changes to US law that could be problematic for some attendees.

In short, the US Department of State will require anyone flying in or out of the United States to have a passport as of January 23rd, 2007. This does not affect car travel between the two countries yet, it only applies to air travel. Please see this announcement for more information.

We hope that those planning on coming from the US already have passports, but we realize this is going to be an inconvenience for some who wish to attend. There is a way to expedite your US passport application to ensure you have it in time, you just need to do so as soon as you possibly can if you’re planning on coming to Web Directions North.

We don’t have any more to go on than the information published by the Department of State linked in this post, so we can’t answer specific questions on the laws themselves.
