Great News! Vancouver, I’d love to be there. Hope I can make it. But if there’s skiing and snowboarding: what about hockey? Canucks are playing the Blackhawks on Feb. 7th, maybe this can be one of the side-events too ?

Great News! I live and work in Whistler so I really look forward to the conference. Thanks for bringing it to this neck of the woods.

I think every Sitepoint book is on my shelf, I’m also an ‘adult student’ at Langara college in Vancouver, PHP and MySQL this session, Javascript next.. When I did their web designer certificate course there I was the first student who did the whole course using CSS, although the tutor used tables for layout..

Great minds think alike - we are looking at organizing that as well, though it is more likely to be the game on the Saturday night, the 10th against the Atlanta Thrashers. We’ll keep you up to date on that as well…

I’m not too interested in snowboarding, but a hockey game sounds like a good idea to me. I’d be interested in knowing more about that possibility.
